Great hotel for families with kids. The Pirate play area is awesome, and the swimming pool is perfect for cloudy days. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Plus, the location close to the beach was convenient.

The location on the Baltic coast was perfect, as it was close to the beach and offered easy access to the beautiful surroundings of Zinnowitz or Heringsdorf area. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that our room was always clean and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had a variety of facilities such as shops, laundry services, and a shuttle service, making our stay even more convenient.

Everything is what i need and want

Had an amazing summer family vacation at a hotel with awesome playgrounds for children nearby the sparkling pool. It was really nice to have free tickets for transportation to move all around the island, and the room we had was a suite with separate kitchen and dining room, which was great for our family.

Despite that, the area felt a bit isolated and quiet in the evenings, and we had limited options for dining out without having to drive to nearby towns.

The location of the hotel is excellent. We had the pleasure of spending our Easter holidays here and the hotel was the perfect base for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding; plenty of fresh food with a great variety to choose from. The swimming pool was a nice extra which we used every day.

The staff seemed unhappy and not as friendly as we expected. Also, we were disappointed by the poor internet connection, which was frustrating at times. Lastly, the room was quite stuffy, and we couldn't open the windows because there was no protection against mosquitoes. We recommend bringing a mosquito repellent if you plan on staying here.
